How come? Before the Bader Hotel was opened in 2015, we lived in Sweden for a couple of years. There we learned how to consciously deal with time, nature and our environment. To concentrate on the essential and leave room for freedom. The Swedish people call their rhythm of life “lagom” – the everyday routines (work, family, spare time) have the right balance. And that’s how you live happily.

When we built our hotel in 2015, a careful treatment of nature was always a central point. We wanted to use wood as a central element. It is natural and binds CO² even in the form of furniture. We thought about how we could create a fresh indoor climate even in summer without air conditioning and therefore we made our roof green. We use no longer small packaging and avoid plastic wherever possible. Our kitchen concept is also sustainable: the suppliers are from the region, the ingredients are seasonal and the menu is small but nice.
We are far from being perfect, but we are on a good and honest path. We are pleased that you are accompanying us.

Bader Jams.
To produce our own Bader Jams around 280 selected fruit trees have been integrated in the garden design – furthermore the garden surprises with a fruity strawberry field and aronia berries, for which around 300 strawberry and aronia plants are being planted.
The Bader Hotel Garden is designed by Pohl Gartenwelten POHL GARTENWELTEN from Willmering.
